Our long established client, located in Thornleigh, is seeking the full time services of a highly motivated and organised Administration coordinator to join their team and provide assistance to the Director of Construction.

In this busy positon your responsibilities will include:
*Create and maintain job files
*Ordering materials for jobs
*Arrange invoicing
*Manage retention monies
*Chase outstanding monies
*Assist with tenders and RFI's
*OH&S Method statements
*Coordinate timesheets
*Manage Defects list
*Keep and update register of Qualifications & certificates
*Collate Manuals and drawings
*Working with job budgets

To be considered for this position you must have experience in Construction and OH&S.

Applicants must also have excellent communication skills, a professional nature in dealing with clients, contractors and colleagues. Ability to take direction, show initiative and follow through on tasks.
