The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative and technical support to the Survey Team. Duties may include survey design, data collection, data entry, coding, data verification and correction, internal and external customer service and assisting manager on analysis of survey data.
Position Accountabilities: *Despatch of online surveys using mail merge function *Update the survey files *Data entry *Code survey data *Follow up on non respondents *Conduct data analyses *Other administration support duties as required
Requirements: *Tertiary qualification in a quantitative discipline, or able to demonstrate skills and knowledge *Extensive experience in administrative and technical support *Must have attention to detail and ability to work accurately *Advanced skills in Microsoft Offie products such as Excel and experience in working with statistical tool as SPSS *Well developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills *Ability to prioritise duties and meet deadlines.
