An International company focused on providing specialty value added products, quality service and innovation to the personal care, functional foods and health and well being industries is offering a confident Accounts Receivables / Payables clerk a fantastic opportunity to join their vibrant, energetic team!


Reporting to the Company Accountant,  you will play an active role in the daily and monthly accounts functions, enabling you to utilize your knowledge and gain valuable experience.



  • Coding invoices, data entry and updating payment spreadsheets

  • Maintain cash flow spreadsheet

  • Forward sales register to Bank, twice weekly

  • Following up accounts queries-credit notes, proof of delivery (POD)

  • Enter client and local supplier payments

  • Banking

  • Email invoices to clients

  • Customer account reconciliations

  • Follow up overdue accounts, credit applications and detention invoices

  • Reconciliations

  • GL report


To be shortllisted for this exciting and rare opportunity, you will have the following skills and attributes.



  • TAFE Diploma in Accounting (completed)

  • 1-2 years accounting experience, preferred but not essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and problem solve

  • Be a team player with 'can-do' positive attitude
