Senior Business Analyst - Impact Assessment - 6 Month Contract - CBD

Job Description:

• $700 per day
• 6 Month initial contract
• 2 Stage Interview Process

Senior Business Analyst needed immediately to join a Major Program of work taking place over the next 3 years going live in December with staged roll outs.

This role is pivotal and involves working with both the vendor carrying out the implementation and the stakeholders, gaining a strong understanding of how and what the effects are on an operational level.

The suitable applicant will ideally come from a strong business process/change background with an ability to think outside the box and understand the real impact at ground level. 

Due to this contract taking place for a Government Organisation an understanding of Government structure, policies and processes would be advantageous.

Accountabilities:

• Support the Business Process Lead in ensuring that process review and design tasks are complete


• Ensure the development and documentation of the desired "To Be" processes meets the change or new business situation to support the implementation


• Assist the Design Lead with the review, development and documentation of organisation change scenarios and impact assessments as and when required

Core skills:

• Strong analytical skills


• Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Visio, PowerPoint and Excel


• Able to assimilate information quickly and present findings in a concise and meaningful way


• Outstanding communications skills
