Smalls Recruiting is a third generation Australian privately-owned company that was founded as Staff Appointments Centre in 1960 by Jack Small. In 1978, Jack’s son John commenced as Managing Director and today, Jack’s grandson, Scott, is our Chief Executive Officer.

At Smalls Recruiting, we keep our feet on the ground. As proud as we are of our skills in the recruitment field, we’re prouder still of our involvement with several charities, and we like to help out with our clients’ charitable endeavors too. We support Opportunity International who, by working through microfinance and enterprise development services, create jobs for the poor in third world countries.
We also offer our support to a Not-for-Profit organisation Rising Generations. They are a dynamic, youth leadership training organisation equipping and empowering the next generation of leaders. Their programs revolve around interpersonal and leadership skills to assist these young people to contribute and make a real difference in their school, families and communities.
